Essen 2019

Firstly, I would like to apologize for a week of silence from my side but I was trying to spread the word about  RONE at the Essen Fair and it was really time-consuming. To sum it up it was an amazing event, I got a lot of new connections, met some backers and other influencers that will spread the word about the campaign. I hope it will help to get some extra traffic to the page and bring some new backers.

Stretch goals

Through the last year, I got a lot of feedback from players around the world and the first two things that came to my mind when I was preparing stretch goals were Inserts and Improved rulebook. 

Inserts

Because the game contains almost 400 cards it is really hard to keep them organized in an empty box, this is why the first stretch goal is focused on adding Inserts to every game. Previous backers would be able to add Inserts to their pledge during the Pledge Manager for free, but it can increase the shipping cost.

Improved rulebook

Even the rulebook is well written there are still some features missing eg. Table of Content, Highlight of most important rules, etc. For these reasons, I will add another 4 pages to the rulebook that will improve its content so people are not lost when looking for some specific rule. 

What next?

There are still some cool things that I want to add to the base game like a custom Bag for tokens, increased size of the box to hold playmats, other cards, etc.  I will reveal next stretch goals once the campaign will be funded. 

If you want to see them revealed soon spread the word about the campaign. Use your social network and write something about the project, why you backed the campaign, etc. 

Words of backers are the best advertising.

If you would like to try out RONE please come and visit our booth in Hall 5E117. In addition to RONE, we will be presenting my new game from RONE universe - RONE: Invasion.

What is RONE: Invasion?

RONE: Invasion is a solo, cooperative or competitive Dice & Deck building game featuring a new dice system I was working on last 2 years. This system allows players to play with the randomness and distribution of symbols on their dice. Players have to find the balance between investing in their deck by buying more cards from the market or investing in their dice by buying new screws. New screws can be switched with any dummy screw on the dice to improve the chosen side of the dice.  Players have options to boost only one side of their side to get a chance of rolling something big or to boost every side of the dice to secure they roll something every round. Having synergy between your dice and your deck is the key to the victory.

This is an innovative and really funny approach and same as RONE it brings new fresh air to the classic dice and deck building games.
